With over a decade of experience in school leadership, and expertise in managing complex leadership scenarios, Clare is now stepping into a new adventure, supporting others to find clarity, direction and fulfilment. As a headteacher, she developed an outstanding team of remarkable individuals, all of whom contributed to the wider flourishing of the school community - always leading with integrity and values based purpose. She is a skilful encourager who quickly establishes rapport and through active listening leads people into greater flourishing and fulfilment. Having completed her certification in executive coaching at Henley Business School, she finds that her school-based experience has given her the perfect grounding for this exciting new journey.
Clare's experience, both as a leader and a mother of two, now adult, children brings understanding to the role of coach. Her background in academic science enables her to draw on evidence-based research methods and to understand human behaviour and psychology. She is a lifelong learner who loves to read and engage in new ideas and thinking. She is kind and compassionate, responding to individual situations with care and deep listening.
